Kovern is operated by Vibe Code Beast Inc. This page describes what we collect through this website and the Kovern product during early access. A full privacy policy will replace it before general availability.

What we collect

• Early-access requests. The name, work email, company, and team size you submit, used only to contact you about Kovern.
• Product data. For customers: company details, people you add, card authorizations and transactions, and the subscriptions Kovern detects from them. Card numbers and bank credentials are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Kovern.
• Vendor policy reviews. Kovern reads public vendor terms to summarize data-handling practices. Your team's inputs to those tools are never sent to Kovern.

How we use it

To run the service, to send the notifications you configure, to produce your monthly report, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer data to train models.
